Recently evicted Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Kayikunmi, has clarified that his romantic involvement with fellow contestant, Isabella, was part of the reality show’s strategy and not a genuine relationship.
Speaking in a post-eviction interview, Kayikunmi explained that although there was mutual liking between himself and Isabella, the bond was largely influenced by the dynamics of the show.
“My relationship with Isabella was just a game. And inasmuch as we played the game, we liked each other. But now that I am outside the house, I am trying to focus on myself,” he said.

The ex-housemate further revealed that if he had the opportunity to re-enter the BBNaija house, he would approach the game differently.
“If allowed to come back to the house, I would be more outspoken,” Kayikunmi stated.
Meanwhile, Nigerian actress Eniola Ajao has dismissed allegations of having a romantic affair with her senior colleague, Odunlade Adekola.
Naija News understands that the actress has come under criticism after a viral video showed her hiding from the camera during the burial of Odunlade’s father last week.
There have been speculations over the years that the duo are involved romantically.
However, speaking on Wednesday in a series of posts on her Instagram story, the actress stated that the allegations are aimed at tarnishing her image.
While explaining that she “can’t fix every lie and rumour”, she noted that “life hits differently when you stop to prove you didn’t do that, or you are not like that.”
“You can’t fix every lie and rumour, nor can you defend yourself every time. Just be great. People may destroy your image, stain your personality, but they can’t take away your good deeds because no matter how they describe you, you will still be admired by those who know you better,” she added.
