Former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) contestant, Adekunle Olopade, has spoken about the reality of life inside the house.
The reality TV star said it is normal for housemates to see one another without clothes.
Naija News reports that he shared this during a podcast interview with Pulse while reacting to debates around viral intimate videos involving Koyin and Isabella, as well as Jason Jae and Sultana.
Adekunle explained that contestants live together in the same space where such exposure is unavoidable, and this often leads to feelings or attraction among them.
He said that many viewers criticise housemates for getting close, but in reality, daily life in the house makes such encounters natural.
According to him, constant physical interaction and the lack of privacy contribute to relationships that sometimes turn romantic or intimate.
He said: “A lot of people who watch Big Brother Naija reality show are very hypocritical. Secondly, there is actually nothing wrong with two people who like each deciding to get intimate.
“All the housemates see each other naked, in case you don’t know. So, you cannot be in a house with somebody that you see without clothes almost everyday and not be attracted to the person. It won’t work.”
Adekunle first appeared on the show in 2022 during the “Level Up” season and later returned for the “All Stars” edition in 2023.
